Activities

Farm Visits -- People are welcomed at our place "most" anytime to enjoy the llamas. We've had numerous Day-Care Groups and School Groups as well as people stopping by for curiosity reasons. We do lots of hands-on, including petting, leading and going for trail hikes.

Petting Zoos -- We've taken our llamas to lots of places -- from Community Education classes and Church socials to regular petting zoos. We want our petting zoos to be a petting, leading and hands-on experience (not just seeing animals in a pen).

Birthday Parties -- Let your kids enjoy the ultimate hands-on experience. We do education, trail hikes and llamas relays. Time is also provided for eating and birthday cakes.

4-H -- We have started the 4-H project and it has grown faster than expected. We lease our llamas to the kids. We have various project days and lots of hands-on time. Showing at the Carver County Fair is our big yearly goal -- to show off what the kids have learned. This year we also entered our llamas in the competition at the Minnesota State Fair.

Guard Animals -- Llamas make excellent guards for sheep, cows or other pasture animals. They are highly alert and curious. Our llamas are available for sale or lease for this purpose.

Adopt-A-Llama -- If you or your child loves llamas, but your home is not zoned for farm animals, we have a solution. You can lease a llama from us! For a monthly fee, you can "adopt" one of our llamas; we'll take care of it for you, and you can visit it -- for walks, grooming, training and more -- whenever you want.
